distance to work, school, etc., observe traffic, shopping, and services. |

market, the selling price
of similar properties in the area, and more - that's my job.
By having this information you
will be in a position to negotiate the best price. |

financial institutions, who can pre-Approve your mortgage.
This saves time and possible disappointment when you find the home you want. |

Follow up
to ensure your first impression of the home is followed up by a good
solid home inspection. I've put together
a list of some of the things a qualified home
inspector would check. I can also put you in touch with home
renovators, movers, etc.

Advise and assist you in the structuring of the terms
of the transaction. There are many details to be negotiated when you are
buying a home - in addition to the price. The contract must also
cover financing, terms, date of possession, plus whether the sale includes
or excludes repairs, furnishings, fixtures, etc. While it can be confusing,
I'll make the negotiations as straightforward and smooth as possible. |

Ensure that all legal documents, forms, contracts, etc.
are completed, signed, and filed in a proper and timely fashion. |

Close the deal in a professional manner and follow up,
keeping you informed on all closing procedures until the keys are in
your hand. |
